Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The item is in the same condition as delivered

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is provided

Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged after delivery

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
